Boys and girls it’s time to get out your bodysuits and high heels. Arrive at 8PM to the Fringe Outdoor Stage for a Beyoncé tribute class and learn how to dance like Queen B with the choreography experts from Beyography. Afterwards be entertained by the Sasha Fiercest drag queen of them all, the one and only Beardoncé.

Free Flicks: Waynes World – ARTS & CULTURE

Down at the Harbourfront Centre Concert Stage (235 Queens Quay W) tonight is another Free Flicks event. Tonight they will be featuring a comedy classic, Waynes World! Movie starts at 9PM! Fun fact: Mike Myers first played Wayne Campbell on stage at Toronto’s Second City, and developed him further on CBC’s It’s Only Rock ‘N Roll. And he snuck plenty of hometown references into the movie, which may be set in Illinois but is totally Toronto at heart. “Stan Mikita’s Donuts”? Shyeah, right.


Off the heels of her most recently released album, sans, Palestinian-born, Toronto-based multidisciplinary artist, Merna and her band will be performing live in concert at The Drake Underground! Her melodic elements of pop, soul, and classical, evolution never sounded so sweet. This is a 19+ event. Starts at 8PM. Tickets on sale at Eventbrite for $15:

Taste in the Park + Under The Stars – SOCIAL

Enjoying an evening at Regent Park with Taste of Regent Park followed by a free film screening at Under the Stars! There will be food market, food demonstrations and a Community Meal prepared by local caterers for a donation of $3 a plate. Afterward enjoy an outdoor movie with Under the Stars. Tonights flick is the childhood classic, Space Jam (1996) where in a desperate attempt to earn their freedom, the Looney Tunes seek the aid of retired basketball champion, Michael Jordan, for an epic basketball game against Mr. Swackhammer and his minions, the Nerdlucks! The market begins at 5PM, meal at 6PM. and movies at dusk. This is a FREE event!

Drake Trivia – SOCIAL

Come by the Drake Hotel at 8PM tonight for some Drake Trivia! Teams of 4 or less put their random knowledge to the test as hosts Megan Griffith-Greene and Jeromy Lloyd fire off questions ranging from sporting records and celebrity scandals to geographic discoveries and culinary lingo. It’s only $2 to participate and the winning table gets an $80 Drake Gift Card, not to mention bragging rights! So grab a brew, enjoy a whole lot of laughs and get ready to play. Korean Film Fest: Weekends – ARTS & CULTURE

It’s the 6th annual Toronto Korean Film Festival 2017 from July 12-16! This year’s venue for all films is Innis Town Hall (U of T 2 Sussex Ave). Tonight is the Opening Night Feature is Lee Dong-Ha’s Documentary, Weekends; Every weekend, a group of gay men gather around the heart of Seoul, to sing.
