A-Trak at Cabana – SOCIAL

Canadian DJ and record producer A-Trak will be making his way out onto the Cabana Pool Bar Patio (11 Polson St) and he’ll be taking over the decks doing what he does best, spinning only the most (f) tunes. Incubus With Jimmy Eat World – CONCERT

Toronto’s BIG on Bloor Festival is back this weekend for its 10th year with an expanded program including the inauguration of BIG Murals and BIG X, as well as festival favourites; BAAF, BIG Awards, Card-Yard, Celebrate Here, How We Live in Cities, JOUEZ, Savour Bloor and The BIG Market Place. Bloor Street between Dufferin and Lansdowne will be car-free this weekend making way for art institutions, collectives, galleries and artists to take to the street with their curated projects. There will also be an array of Toronto musicians who will deliver a glimpse of the city’s vibrant music scene on the Celebrate Here Mainstage. This festival also gives an opportunity for visitors to indulge in the flavours of Bloordale including foods flavours from East Africa, South Asia, Somalia, the Caribbean, Japan, Portugal, China, Mexico, Italy and Canada. The Rosé Picnic – SOCIAL

The Inaugural Rosé Picnic takes over the beautiful grounds of Fort York  at The Garrison Commons (100 Garrison Rd) in downtown Toronto! Festival of South Asia – FESTIVAL

The Gerrard India Bazaar Business Improvement Area (GIBBIA) will be hosting the 15th edition of its annual ‘TD Festival of South Asia’ this weekend from 12PM-11PM on Gerrard Street East between Glenside and Coxwell Avenue. The free event is open to everyone! Witness performances by bands, artists and indulge in workshops, tasting tables, sidewalk sales and more! This year, the festival will feature several special segments including a Cricket Open House supported by the Toronto Cricket League, a beer garden, Bollywood pop-up Mela, a yoga studio, culture alley, a kids zone and lots more! Junction Night Market – SHOPPING
