This kickoff event gives the city of Toronto a taste of what’s to come in the upcoming weeks ahead. See Carnival Band Leaders showcase their elaborate costumes that will be presented in the Parade. As well, you’ll have the chance to taste some of the Caribbean’s traditional and favourite foods that will be available at many of the Festival events!
