Queen Victoria’s Secret – FOOD & DRINK

Celebrate this #VictoriaDay with The Brewer’s Backyard in their annual event, Queen Victoria’s Secret. What’s the secret you ask? Well, all we can tell you about Queen Victoria’s Secret is that it will feature a dynamite lineup of Ontario Breweries, but we only reveal the beers available when we start – so you’re going to have to join us to find out what’s pouring! Come by anytime between 11-5PM today in the Pavilions areas of the Evergreen Brick Works (550 Bayview Ave) to enjoy the best selection of delicious Ontario beer and food. This is a free all ages event, however, beer will only be sold until 4:30pm and last pour will be at 4:45pm so come early!

 

The XX – CONCERT

Victoria Day Fireworks – NIGHTLIFE

This year’s Victoria Day Fireworks display at Ashbridges Bay (1561 Lake Shore Blvd E) promises an explosively fun wrap-up to the holiday weekend, punctuated by plenty of “ooohs” and “ahhhs” from the crowd. Starting at 9:45 pm the annual favourite features over 2,000 fireworks and closing with a grand finale of pyrotechnic wonders. Drivers, beware: massive crowds make traffic and parking a nightmare. Guests are encouraged to take public transit; the TTC runs increased streetcar service along Queen East for the event.
